MYogability is a developmental, ability approach to self-care that integrates mindfulness and mindful movement into developing your mobility, flexibility and stability through the introduction of basic yoga postures (asanas), Qigong, and awareness of self-care practices meant to ground and strengthen you physically, mentally, emotionally, and perhaps spiritually.
River Oaks Golf Club is inviting anyone interested in exploring this to attend free all-level workshops at the club starting on Monday September 25 at 10:00 am. All you need is a yoga mat, comfortable clothes that you can move freely in, and a willingness to explore and your needs and growth. Classes will be led by Donna Kester Phillips, PhD. Please be sure that you have been cleared by your physician and be willing to gently move into movement and mindfulness.
