Chef’s Background:

Executive Chef Christopher Haseley

Chef Chris is a lifelong Western New Yorker.  He has been a working chef for twenty five years, training under some of the finest chefs in the Buffalo area.  As the Executive Chef of Ellden’s his commitment to excellence is unparalleled.

Chris and his staff use the finest quality ingredients to create the innovative dishes offered at Ellden’s.  He looks forward to using fresh herbs and produce grown specifically for Ellden’s, and harvested daily, by the Grand Island Community Gardens.

 The entire kitchen staff, under Chris’s leadership, look forward to serving our loyal customers some of the finest food available in Western New York.
